The Oklahoma City Gridiron Club was founded in 1928 and has performed annual political satire for Oklahoma City audiences for 75 years. The club did not perform during the war years, 1942 through 1946, but has staged the annual show in various sites in Oklahoma City ever since.
Proceeds from the show fund scholarships and grants for Oklahoma student journalists.
Club members are actively engaged in newspaper, radio or television work.
