| How do I reprint my E-Tickets? |

To reprint your E-Tickets, login to you account and click on My Account which is located in the top left navigation right under the Home button. Once you are in to manage your account, you will see Activities over on the right side of the page. In the activities box you will see a option to Print eTickets. On this page you can select the View Order link to the right of the order you wish to print. Once you view your order you will see a button that says Print My Tickets Now which will open a new window that will contain a PDF version of your tickets. |

Our tickets are delivered as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you are having troubles opening your tickets, it could be due to you not having Adobe Acrobat installed. This application is free and can be downloaded at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. |

| I never received my eTickets in my email, what can I do? |

The eTickets are sent out within the first 10 minutes after your order has been completed. Sometime’s these tickets appear in the Junk/Spam mail folder in your email account so please be sure to check there. If you did not get the tickets in your email, you can login to your account on our website and go into your order history. When you view your computer eTicket order, you will be able to print your tickets directly from your computer so you do not have to wait for the email. |

| What do I need to pick up my tickets at Will Call? |

In order to pickup the tickets you ordered at Will Call, please bring your Photo ID for the name that the order is held under along with the Credit Card that was used to purchase the tickets. Bring this to the Box Office to receive your tickets. |
