| How do I reprint my E-Tickets? |

To reprint your E-Tickets, login to you account and click on Order History which is located in the left navigation in the Member Account section. This page will now list out all your previous orders inside our system. Click on the View Order link to the right of the order you wish to reprint your tickets for. In the top right corner you will see a button that says Print My Tickets Now which will open a new window that will contain a PDF version of your tickets. |

| It will not let me open my tickets. |

Our tickets are delivered as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you are having troubles opening your tickets, it could be due to you not having Adobe Acrobat installed. This application is free and can be downloaded at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. |

| I never received my eTickets in my email, what can I do? |

The eTickets are sent out within the first 10 minutes after your order has been completed. Sometime’s these tickets appear in the Junk/Spam mail folder in your email account so please be sure to check there. If you did not get the tickets in your email, you can login to your account on our website and go into your order history. When you view your computer eTicket order, you will be able to print your tickets directly from your computer so you do not have to wait for the email. |
